
Speaker Bio:
Elmar Schraml is a software engineering manager based in Munich, Germany. His professional journey has led him from developer to architect to consultant to project manager to engineering manager – not always in a straight line, and sometimes several roles at once. He has made enough mistakes to be experienced, but also made good things happen at companies from startups to consulting clients to established E-Commerce companies.

If you are organizing a for-profit conference, I am interested to speak at your event if you cover a speaker ticket for full conference participation, and travel expenses for events outside of day trip range from Munich.
